Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital goods (delivered instantly upon purchase), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been sent.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a broken link or a corrupted file, please contact us. We will ensure you receive a working version of your purchase.
Physical Goods
Love your purchase or your money back.
We do however give refunds for wrong items sent, or damaged / defective items. No refunds will be made past 30 days from purchase date.
We take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect product choices.
We do, however, offer replacements or refunds for:
- Wrong items sent.
- Damaged or defective items.

- 30-Day Window: No refunds or replacements will be processed past 30 days from the purchase date.
- How to Claim: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact hello@blululi.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
- Exemptions: Gift cards and downloadable software products are strictly non-refundable.
Late Refunds
